Bobby true made it happen for us in a way that kept us confident about the process. We were in a tight spot and needed to close on a home quickly. We were told that we couldn’t purchase where we ultimately bought by a different lender because of the communities insurance, so we kept looking and looking at different places desperately to find a new home. when the selling realtor reached out to us and told us that he has a contact that can make it work (Bobby True), I thought it was too good to be true since we had already been told it wasn’t possible, I’m glad we decided to go along with the recommendation. Frank Christiano and his team recently helped me in obtaining a mortgage on our new home. I was in a unique situation as I am self employed, and have owned the company for less than the two years most lenders would like to see. This was no problem for the F.C. team. They went to work and had me approved within a day or two of getting them all of the info needed on my end. We were able to go from accepted offer to closing in less than three weeks. I’ve purchased several homes over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction, and the F.C. team is directly responsible for making that happen.
