Frank Christiano and his team recently helped me in obtaining a mortgage on our new home. I was in a unique situation as I am self employed, and have owned the company for less than the two years most lenders would like to see. This was no problem for the F.C. team. They went to work and had me approved within a day or two of getting them all of the info needed on my end. We were able to go from accepted offer to closing in less than three weeks. I’ve purchased several homes over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction, and the F.C. team is directly responsible for making that happen. The rate I received was better than expected and cost was as expected. I highly recommend Frank and his team for all of your lending needs, even MORE so if you’re in a unique situation like I was!

Frank Christiano and his team recently helped me in obtaining a mortgage on our new home. I was in a unique situation as I am self employed, and have owned the company for less than the two years most lenders would like to see. This was no problem for the F.C. team. They went to work and had me approved within a day or two of getting them all of the info needed on my end. We were able to go from accepted offer to closing in less than three weeks. I’ve purchased several homes over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction, and the F.C. team is directly responsible for making that happen.
