Juan Fajardo was born, raised, and has spent his entire life living in sunny South Florida. After college, Pia worked as Accounting and Operations Manager in the Construction industry for 5 years before deciding to make the switch over to the Mortgage business. Pia loves what she does and takes pride in providing excellent service in an efficient way. When she’s not working, Pia enjoys staying active with CrossFit and Pickleball to name a few sports. Her favorite hobby though, is spending quality time with her husband Jesse and their dogs, Cookie, Rusty and Loki.
Jasmine Joseph was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated college in 2020 from Johnson and Wales University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. The start of her career began working for Catholic Hospice, Inc. as an admissions coordinator. Then worked for Norwegian cruise line as a Sales Cruise Consultant. She wanted to expand her career in the mortgage industry, starting as a loan coordinator and hopes to expand in the company way at Premier Lending Corp. Her drive and passion for helping others comes naturally while helping clients close on their dream home. She loves to travel and enjoys the thrill of theme parks along with her boyfriend of five years, and loves to spend time with her family. Matthew was born and raised in Ocho Rios, Jamaica but immigrated to sunny South Florida in 2017. While in South Florida, Matthew attended Florida International University, graduating with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. Matthew worked in the Financial services industry for two years before making his transition to the mortgage industry in 2020.A deep love for learning new things and things finance related is what attracted Matthew to the mortgage business. Matthew aims to use his knowledge and experience to continue to grow and advance the loan analyst role while maintaining a high standard of work and a positive attitude.
