We were fortunate to work with Jordan Nicolosi for applying for mortgage to buy a home in Florida. We started working with him since the end of 2025 to just get prequalified for the mortgage. Jordan was very supportive and helpful in each step from starting to the end. The communication in each step was very clear and if we did not understand he would explain until we got it. I can’t tell how many times we texted and asked him so many question and he was always ready to explain. We felt very confident under his guidance and how he walked us through step by step. After closing on our house we look back and say this could have been a difficult and stressful process if it wasn’t for all the help we received from Jordan Nicolosi.
