Frank Christiano and his team recently helped me in obtaining a mortgage on our new home. I was in a unique situation as I am self employed, and have owned the company for less than the two years most lenders would like to see. This was no problem for the F.C. team. My husband and I are so grateful to Micheal Savitt from Premiere Lending Corp, he was an invaluable asset to my husband and I during our first time home buying journey. PLC was recommended to us by my sister, a seasoned real estate agent, so I knew they were great but our experience confirmed it. Michael was patient with us, never pushy, made himself available to answer our questions and help us understand our options at every point of the mortgage process. We really felt taken care of and love how fast he and his team acted to get us approved and cleared to close. He went above and beyond.
