Frank Christiano and his team recently helped me in obtaining a mortgage on our new home. I was in a unique situation as I am self employed, and have owned the company for less than the two years most lenders would like to see. This was no problem for the F.C. team. They went to work and had me approved within a day or two of getting them all of the info needed on my end. We were able to go from accepted offer to closing in less than three weeks. I’ve purchased several homes over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction, and the F.C. team is directly responsible for making that happen. Jordan was greatly helpful and on top of his game. From the beginning, he was extremely responsive and dedicated time to educating us on every step of the home buying process. We had a closing period of 28 days and had no issues or concerns of closing within that time. The other staff members at Premier Lending were also knowledgeable and responded quickly to our calls and emails.
