Bobby true made it happen for us in a way that kept us confident about the process. We were in a tight spot and needed to close on a home quickly. Bobby true made it happen for us in a way that kept us confident about the process. We were in a tight spot and needed to close on a home quickly. We were told that we couldn’t purchase where we ultimately bought by a different lender because of the communities insurance, so we kept looking and looking at different places desperately to find a new home. when the selling realtor reached out to us and told us that he has a contact that can make it work (Bobby True), I thought it was too good to be true since we had already been told it wasn’t possible, I’m glad we decided to go along with the recommendation. Bobby from the get go gave us peace of mind, he didn’t sugarcoat things, told us what he needed to make it work and got us approved in less than 45 days total while keeping things real. I am grateful to him for being there for us, he would reply quickly to all of our questions, made sure we were always updated as to the process and was a complete pleasure to work with.
