PLC was recommended to us by my sister, a seasoned real estate agent, so I knew they were great but our experience confirmed it. As a first time homebuyer, my lender Jordan at Premier Lending Corp made the process very easy! Our intro call was great, because he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and explain some of my options. After that, he was available every step of the way to answer questions or help me determine if a property was a good fit financially. Not to set any expectations, but he was even available after normal business hours, including on a holiday weekend morning! This can be important in a cometitive market! After finding a home, the rest of his team made it easy to get all the follow up docs/requirements met.
